Our journey began in 2016, after much deliberation, when my brother and I finally decided to take the leap. Growing up in Caribbean culture, our mother’s passion for cooking was innate—something that naturally passed down to us. Inspired by our roots, we set out to fuse the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with the familiarity of British cuisine, creating a style of food that is both unique in flavour and original in concept. Following the early success of our first restaurant, we were driven by the idea of sharing our food with even more people across London. This led to expanding our brand, reaching new communities, and serving a wider audience. Looking ahead, our vision is to continue growing across the UK and, in time, bring Chicken Kitchen to the world.
