Our journey began in 2016 after long deliberation when my brother and I finally decided to take the leap.  Growing up in the Caribbean culture my mother's passion for cooking was innate within her and this subsequently was passed down to us. We wanted to fuse the Caribbean and British cultures together to create a style of food that is unique in flavour and originality. After the initial success of our first restaurant, we loved the idea of branching out to different parts of  London, expanding our business, and delivering our food to a wide-ranging audience. We plan to further expand our branches within the UK and eventually, we want to bring Chicken Kitchen worldwide.
